We accept this verbal issue with one of our users and a sure PDF. Here's further info:

• PDF is signed Docusign origin
• Works sending via OWA
• Tried sending the PDF with multiple accounts on multiple computers and get this same error
• Tried irresolute document name, same error
• Tried sending other attachments including other PDFs and they all came through fine
• 11MB file

I have a user that can not email out a pdf. we adhere it to the email and it instant fails when nosotros click send giving us the following errors (

Submit-Message failed: message id(2), failure enum(29), HResult(0x8007007A), EC(0).  )  I have verified that this happened  even in safe mode I have sent out other attachments  just fine. This attachment is only 6mb and so its non to large can anyone assistance with this? Cheers  Andrew Griffin

So the problem was the size of the pdf if yous shrink information technology using adobe or a unlike programme you lot volition be able to attach it.

I see. Thanks for the update. Won't exist able to do that with this i existence digitally secured and can't modify but good to know. The size of the attachment definitely falls nether the max attachment file size but I'm guessing this is special example for PDFs? /shrug. Thanks again though, we'll just shrink earlier submitting to Docusign to try and avert the issue in the future.

Having this outcome besides.

-File size is 35 MB.

-Do not know if DocuSigned

-OWA works fine.

-Principal user able to forward to another but both users can't send to user that needs it.

-I am able to transport using Main users account on my personal computer fine. It does accept a very long time to ship too only information technology does.

Is this an issue with Outlook or the document? We idea information technology was the file size, but Part 365 is fix up for everyone to use 150 MB max limit.
